Once your booking is confirmed, your payment is non-refundable.
We prep every experience ahead of time — reserving your room, customizing gear, and setting up items for destruction.

🔁 Rescheduling Your Session
We know life happens. You can move your session if needed, subject to the following fees:
Within 48 hours of your booking: 50% reschedule fee
More than 48 hours before your booking: 25% reschedule fee

⚠️ Please note: No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes past start time) may result in forfeited sessions without refund.
🎁 Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any smash session or package.
Need to check your balance or apply your card to a booking?
In rare cases where we must close due to circumstances beyond our control — like severe weather, power outages, equipment failures, or public health emergencies — we’ll work with you to reschedule your session at no extra cost.
Refunds are not provided in these cases, but your smash time will never be lost.
