By booking, signing a waiver, or participating in activities at WreckIt Rage Room (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms are designed to ensure your safety, protect our business, and provide a clear understanding of the responsibilities and risks involved.

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in rage room activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: flying debris, broken glass, sharp objects, blunt force from tools, slips, trips, falls, strenuous physical activity, and emotional stress.

By booking or entering our facility, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release WreckIt Rage Room, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from liability for injury, illness, property damage, or death, except in cases of gross negligence.

2. Medical Conditions & Emergencies

Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals who are:

Pregnant

Suffering from serious heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or other conditions aggravated by stress or exertion

If a medical emergency occurs, staff may call emergency services at their sole discretion. All medical costs, including ambulance, hospital, and treatment expenses, are the responsibility of the participant.

3. Age Requirements

Minimum age: 8 years old.

Ages 8–13 require a paid adult participant in the room.

Ages 8–17 require a parent/guardian waiver signature.

Parents/guardians are financially responsible for the actions and damages of minors under their supervision.

4. Arrival & Check-In

All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their reservation time for check-in, gear-up, and item selection.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture of booking without refund.

5. Dress Code & Protective Gear

Required: Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. No exposed skin is allowed.

Protective gear (helmet/face shield, gloves, and coveralls if required) must be worn at all times in the rage room.

Non-compliance will result in refusal of service or immediate termination without refund.

Rental/purchase options: long socks ($5), long-sleeved shirts ($5 rental), coveralls ($20).

6. Conduct & Behavior

You agree to follow all rules posted on-site and given verbally by staff. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Entering while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants.

Unsafe actions such as throwing tools, hitting walls/floors, or horseplay.

Harassment, threats, or verbal abuse toward staff or other participants.

Bringing outside weapons, alcohol, or contraband into the facility.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants at any time, without refund, for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

7. Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability before engaging in activities. No waiver = no participation.

8. Injuries & Liability

You are solely responsible for any injuries you sustain. By participating, you agree to:

Release WreckIt Rage Room from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.

Indemnify and hold harmless WreckIt Rage Room, its owners, and staff against any claims, damages, expenses, or legal actions arising from your participation.

9. Video & Audio Recording

All rage room sessions and common areas are monitored and recorded for safety, training, and liability purposes.

Recordings may be retained and used in cases of accidents, disputes, property damage, or legal claims.

Guest photography/filming is only permitted with prior staff approval.

10. Payments, Refunds & Rescheduling

All sales are final. No refunds.

Rescheduling is subject to fees: 50% within 48 hours of your reservation 25% outside 48 hours of your reservation

Gift cards are final sale and not redeemable for cash.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or closures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, equipment failure, public health concerns, or emergencies. In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled but not refunded.

12. Property & Damages

Only items provided by WreckIt Rage Room may be smashed.

Damage to walls, floors, fixtures, or unapproved property may result in financial liability.

Theft, intentional damage, or vandalism will result in removal without refund and may be pursued legally.

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: unsafe behavior, intoxication, harassment, refusal to follow rules, or health/safety concerns. This right applies to current and future bookings.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scott County, Minnesota.

By agreeing, you waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action, collective, or representative proceeding.
